I’m a writer and business & career development coach - and founder of International Communications Strategy, co-authored with Silvia Cambie, is out July 2009.
International Communications Strategy: Developments in Cross-Cultural Communications, PR and Social Media is a guide to help businesses navigate the cross-cultural challenges facing today’s leaders and communications professionals. It was nominated for the FT Goldman Sachs Business Book of the Year Award 2009. I contributed the social media chapters of the book, drawing from my experience as a blogger and social media advisor to businesses. The book includes numerous international case studies and analysis of the role of social media in business communications.
My social media project for the heritage sector, Dulwich OnView has been nominated for the Conference Archimuse International Best of the Web Award 2010.
I was born in Malaysia but now live in the UK. I’ve also published two novels with Hodder & Stoughton, UK. I blog at Fusion View, the cross-cultural blog at www.fusionview.co.uk.
