Getting Published - 5. Advice from UK Literary Agent, Lucy Luck (Podcast)
As part of my series on Getting Published, I spoke to UK Literary Agent Lucy Luck about the process of submitting your manuscript for publication. She gives her advice and answers questions emailed by Fusion View readers and listeners about how a literary agent can help an author, what to put in your covering letter, what’s hot in the publishing world right now and much more.

Thanks Yang-May! The podcast was very informational. Am very happy with the answer Lucy gave to my question. Am now more stoked to finish my manuscript.

I was prompted to look up your blog after seeing it mentioned in Myslexia.
I was also urged by a friend to read
your books (now on my pile and I’m looking forward to reading them) and to
get off my backside and sign up to a creative writing course rather than
write furtively and secretly! I have now spent so much time reading your
blog that my husband thinks I have disappeared off the face of the earth -
thank you (not for the husband bit but the wonderful resource! especially
the interview with Lucy Luck - though I am a long way from thinking about
publication)
